Refund policy

At Sarah Flowers, we work with fresh, perishable products crafted specifically for each order. For this reason, our refund policy is carefully designed.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The arrangement is significantly different from the description

  • The bouquet is delivered in unsatisfactory condition

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as evidence.

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Minor differences in flower shades or bloom size

  • Natural wilting after time

  • Personal preference or taste

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
